Yes, you must be 25 to rent the cart and 21 to drive.
No, you must be 21 years of age to drive one of the carts.
Island Carts FMB carts are different in that they are considered LSVs (Low Speed Vehicles) under Florida State Law. LSVs are permitted to drive on any road with a posted speed limit of 35 MPH or less.

By State Law the carts are restricted to not exceed 25 MPH.
All of our carts are electric with a range of around 30 miles. After a day of enjoyment, simply plug them in with the provided cord overnight.
All of our carts are insured, and with your signature on our rental agreement and a swipe of you credit card your rental period is insured, but your auto insurance will be listed as the primary insurer.
